We partner with UMG UK to support their contingent hiring processes. Acting as an extension of their Talent Acquisition Team, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.

On behalf of UMG, we are looking for a Repertoire Operations Assistant for a contract until end of December 2026 with a potential extension based in London. It will be a hybrid model.

\n

How we LEAD:

\n

To support the Repertoire Operations team in the creation and management of music products, digital supply activities, and data-related projects. The role ensures accurate and efficient operational processes while contributing to the successful delivery of releases through strong attention to detail, organisation, and effective communication.

How you'll CREATE:

  • Supporting team members with processing new releases
  • \n
  • Data maintenance and cleansing work
  • \n
  • Preparing repertoire data for migrations
  • \n
  • Assisting with Digital Supply Chain processes
  • \n
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new catalogues
  • \n
  • Contributing to testing new system functionality
  • \n
  • Report to and support the Repertoire Operations Manager
  • \n

  • An ability to work accurately under time pressure with a good eye for detail on multiple and diverse tasks
  • \n
  • Knowledge of industry metadata style guides an advantage
  • \n
  • Experience with Digital Service Provider Content Management Systems an advantage
  • \n
  • An ability to communicate with all staff at the highest and lowest levels, internal and external
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook advanced knowledge of Excel
  • \n
  • Keenness to learn
