Managing Director – Children’s Residential CareEast Midlands | Up to 95,000 + Equity Share | Start-Up / Growth Provider Appointed on behalf of a progressive and well-capitalised organisationWe are working in partnership with an emerging children’s residential care provider with ambitious plans to establish and grow a strong presence across the East Midlands. Supported by an experienced and credible leadership board, this is a unique opportunity for a senior leader to play a pivotal role in developing a values-driven organisation from the very beginning.The RoleAs Managing Director, you will lead the organisation through its initial launch phase and into sustained growth. You will have overall responsibility for setting direction, embedding high standards of care, and creating the operational and leadership foundations required for long-term success.
