You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms.You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams, taking full accountability for outcomes.You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge. While not hands-on coding, you can engage in architecture discussions, navigate dependencies, and confidently represent technical progress to both engineers and business stakeholders.You are equally comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives and diving into execution details—whether refining JIRA boards or delivering concise status updates. You operate with urgency and independence, and can confidently represent globally distributed teams at the executive level.Based in London, you play a key role in bridging teams across New York and India, enabling consistent communication and execution.
