Job detailsJob descriptionAt Senior Manager level, the question is not whether you can handle complex work.It is whether you are being given enough advisory ownership, client visibility and room to become a more influential adviser.This opportunity is with a growing corporate tax advisory team with strong cross-border reach and ambitious plans for its London practice.You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Tax, advising a broad client base that includes high-growth entrepreneurial businesses, multinational groups and listed companies.The work is technically varied and commercially focused, covering reorganisations, demergers, loan relationships, EIS, M&A, international structuring and complex corporation tax matters.There is still a compliance element. You will manage a team, review complex corporation tax returns and oversee delivery.
