Location: City of LondonSalary: 120K- 130K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full TimeReference: LM9987_1780478813Posted: June 3, 2026About the role of Senior Commercial ManagerAs Senior Commercial Manager, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across Europe with a London office based in the City. They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over 1bn. You will be supporting the commercial team on a large commercial development in Central London reporting into the Commercial Director whilst a team of up to 8 surveyors report into you. You will be overseeing the commercial function of high-value projects upwards of 200m within their commercial office/mixed use division. Key Responsibilities of Senior Commercial ManagerInclude but not limited to;Act as Commercial lead on a high profile, high value project (250 million plus), leading on all elements of contract proceduresOversee the administration of the head contract whilst delegating responsibilitiesLead the commercial team and work with the commercial director to create the project execution planProvide a comprehensive service to address any contractual or commercial issues of the projectRegularly report on commercial dataWork in conjunction with design team advising on budgets and affordabilityEnsure the strategy for contracted works is developed and takes into consideration the procurement proceduresKey Requirements of Senior Commercial ManagerLive within commutable distance to Central London Experience leading multiple major projects valued 150m+ ideally in the commercial/mixed-use sector JCT contract experience Experience dealing with large claims Degree in a construction related subjectExperience managing a teamWhat's on offer:Salary of up to 130k + Package Car Allowance Travel Allowance Private Healthcare Bonus scheme Progression path to Commercial Director If you want to hear more about this Senior Commercial Manager role please apply with an up-to-date CV or contact Lucy Murphy on 07305 059 537
