Working closely with NetSuite implementation partners, business stakeholders, finance teams, and technology functions, you will ensure the solution is configured effectively, delivers business value, and supports Civica's future growth.You'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, shape processes from the ground up, and become the strategic owner of a business-critical enterprise application that will underpin our global operations for years to come.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Product Owner and strategic lead for Civica's NetSuite platformPartner with implementation providers to ensure successful configuration and delivery of the solutionLead the ongoing development, governance, and optimisation of NetSuite across the organisationTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versaBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and operational functionsLead enterprise application projects through the full software development lifecycleDrive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagementEstablish and lead a high-performing Enterprise Applications teamManage platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport the global rollout and adoption of NetSuite across multiple business areasRequirementsProven experience leading or playing a key role in a NetSuite implementation programmeMinimum 3 years' hands-on NetSuite experienceExperience owning or managing enterprise applications in a complex organisationStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint-based delivery, and software development lifecyclesAbility to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsExperience translating technical concepts into clear business outcomesStrong project delivery and programme leadership capabilitiesExcellent presentation, facilitation, and requirements gathering skillsUnderstanding of finance processes and how enterprise systems support business operationsExperience building relationships across technical and non-technical teamsNice to haveKnowledge of HRIS applicationsExperience of large-scale ERP transformation programmes, including integrationsExperience managing enterprise platforms within a global organisationPeople leadership experience, including building and developing teamsWhat makes this opportunity unique?Be part of a major global business transformation programmeJoin at the beginning of Civica's NetSuite journey and influence its long-term strategyBuild your own team and establish ways of working from the ground upWork with senior stakeholders across multiple business functionsOwn a business-critical platform with visibility across the organisationHelp shape the future enterprise application landscape at CivicaWe Want You to Bring Your Whole Self to WorkThere is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list above, please still get in touch.
