\nWe are looking for an organised and Bid Coordinator /Project Coordinator to join a busy structural and civil engineering consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years' administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and supporting a variety of teams.
\nThe Role
\nAs a key member of the business support team, you'll provide administrative support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of projects and the office. Working closely with Directors, Engineers and Project Teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers. \n
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries. \n
- Coordinating meeting rooms, hospitality and office facilities. \n
- Setting up and maintaining project records and documentation. \n
- Assisting with project administration, fee tracking and reporting. \n
- Preparing and issuing invoices. \n
- Supporting tender submissions and document control. \n
- Booking travel and accommodation. \n
- Ordering office supplies, stationery and PPE. \n
- Providing administrative support across departments, including IT, Health & Safety, and Bids & Competitions. \n
- Carrying out general office administration and ad hoc duties as required. \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you'll have:
\n- \n
- A minimum of two years' administration experience within a professional office environment. \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. \n
- Strong communication and customer service abilities. \n
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. \n
- The ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team. \n
