The role

As a Private Client Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including drafting wills, advising on powers of attorney and supporting clients with succession planning and asset protection.

You will meet with clients, take instructions and provide clear, practical legal advice while assisting in the administration of executry and trust estates. You’ll also play a role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development activity.

About you

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:

• Has 2–4 years’ PQE in private client work

• Has experience advising on wills, POAs and executries
\n
• Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
\n
• Is organised and able to manage their own workload
\n
• Is keen to progress their career in private client law
