This is a terrific opportunity to join a central London firm and work alongside a very experienced partner.

The role would be to advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal and related matters.

Matters include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
\n
• National commercial leases and renewals
\n
• Asset management and investment
\n
• Mortgages and refinancing arrangements
\n
• Options, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCs
\n
• Easements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary matters
\n
• Licences
\n
• Auction sales
\n

About You:

\n
• 4-6 years' PQE (guideline)
\n
• London experience essential
\n
• Client facing and credible
\n
• Team player
\n
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
\n
• Desire to be part of a growing firm
\n
