My client is seeking a newly qualified Family Solicitor to join their long-established firm, a staple in the Renfrewshire community with a strong reputation in family law. This role offers a wide breadth of work including adoption, child law, financial matters, and divorce, providing a challenging yet rewarding environment ideal for professional development.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely with experienced partners and associates to handle a variety of family law cases.
\n
• Engage in a wide range of family law matters including adoption, child law, financial disputes, and divorce.
\n
• Provide legal support and advice to clients in a community hub setting, where clients frequently drop in.
\n
• Prepare for and attend plenty of court work, representing clients and advocating on their behalf.
\n
• Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to family law.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ+) with a passion for family law.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with clients and court personnel.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and challenging environment.
\n
• Commitment to professional development in the field of family law.

• Must be comfortable with office-based work as client interaction is frequent and essential.
