Private Client Lawyer (NQ - 5 Years PQE)

Marlow, Buckinghamshire £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits Hybrid Working Available

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer (NQ - 5 Years PQE) to join a respected and growing law firm in Marlow. The firm has an established Private Client department with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and handling high-quality work across a broad range of matters.

This role would suit a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Private Client Lawyer with up to 5 years' PQE who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and ambitious team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters while building strong relationships with individuals, families and high-net-worth clients.

Your work will include:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Estate administration and probate matters
\n
• Inheritance Tax and estate planning
\n
• Trust creation, administration and advice
\n
• Court of Protection matters
\n
• Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
\n
• Lifetime tax planning
\n
• Business succession and wealth preservation planning
\n
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
\n

About You

Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors through to Private Client Lawyers with up to 5 years' PQE.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in private client work gained during a training contract or post-qualification
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate and estate planning matters
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• A compassionate and professional approach to client relationships
\n
• Strong drafting and organisational abilities
\n
• The ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
\n
• A STEP qualification or an interest in working towards one would be advantageous
\n
