Are you an experienced Employment Senior/Managing Associate looking to work in an award winning international law firm. Based in Manchester or Birmingham, this role involves providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their employment law needs are met effectively.

\nIn the UK the team has over 60 employment lawyers across offices throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work as an Employment Senior/Managing Associate with the wider team across the UK and be based in either our Birmingham or Manchester offices, depending on the candidate's preference for them.

\n\nDescription
\nAs an Employment Senior/Managing Associate your duties will include:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters to clients across various sectors. \n
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other related documents. \n
- Support clients with complex employment disputes, including tribunals and litigation. \n
- Advise on redundancy processes, TUPE, and employee relations matters. \n
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on employment law topics. \n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business development. \n
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide insights to clients and colleagues. \n
- Mentor and support junior team members within the legal department. \n
Profile
\nA successful Employment Senior/Managing Associate should have at least 4 PQE, please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
