- Lead and support on business valuations for tax purposes, including share schemes, restructuring and transactions \n
- Provide technical tax support on valuation-related matters such as IHT, CGT and employee incentives \n
- Manage client relationships, acting as a key contact on valuation and advisory engagements \n
- Review valuation models and reports prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance \n
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on transactions, due diligence and structuring projects \n
- Assist in preparing detailed and defensible valuation reports for HMRC and other stakeholders \n
- Contribute to business development through identifying opportunities and supporting proposals \n
- Stay up to date with relevant tax legislation and valuation methodologies \n
Profile

- Experience in or an understanding of preparing valuations for various purposes, including tax-advantaged option plans, employment-related securities, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and corporate reorganisations. \n
- A commercial outlook and understanding of how different businesses operate. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Experience of dealing directly with clients and intermediaries. \n
- CTA and / or ACA qualified (preferred although not essential). \n
