\nDay Rate: £264 per day

\nHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join the Digital Services function of a large NHS community healthcare organisation.
\n\nThe Project Manager will lead large-scale and complex projects across a Change and Capital Programme, supporting the delivery of programme priorities, service improvements and financial efficiencies.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n·Lead complex projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
\n·Develop and maintain project plans, Project Initiation Documents, RAID logs, milestones and governance documentation.
\n·Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
\n·Lead project boards, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
\n·Manage and influence senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
\n·Support service redesign, process improvement and organisational change.
\n·Develop benefits realisation plans and monitor delivery of project outcomes and financial savings.
\n·Produce clear project reports, presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
\n\nEssential Experience
\n·Strong experience managing complex projects within a large organisation, ideally within the NHS, healthcare, social care or a similarly complex environment.
\n·Demonstrable experience delivering significant organisational, service, system or process change.
\n·Strong practical knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
\n·Experience managing project governance, risks, issues, budgets and benefits.
\n·Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and presentation skills.
\n·Degree/equivalent experience and a recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
\n\nThe role will be primarily based in Norwich with hybrid working, although some travel between sites may be required.
