Location: DartfordHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pmContract: Full-time

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team in the Dartford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher who enjoys creating a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment for young children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum

\n
• \n

  Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development

\n
• \n

  Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

\n
• \n

  Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress

\n
• \n

  Managing classroom behaviour effectively

\n
• \n

  Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider school community

\n
• \n

  Promoting high standards of safeguarding, learning and pupil wellbeing

\n

\n
• \n

  Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

\n
• \n

  Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1

\n
• \n

  Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum

\n
• \n

  Is enthusiastic, organised and committed to supporting children's learning

\n
• \n

  Has excellent communication and classroom management skills

\n
• \n

  Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers

\n
• \n

  Works well as part of a team

\n

Applicants must have a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to pay for and complete a new enhanced DBS check prior to commencing the role.
