\nThe role will see you working with a mega client helping to deliver 5* attendee experiences at major UK sporting events and also supporting the wider agency delivering live events across the UK for other household names.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- Managing the full event lifecycle - from brief and concept through to delivery and post-event evaluation \n
- Acting as the primary client contact on a key agency account \n
- Developing detailed event plans, timelines, proposals, and all things operational \n
- Taking full ownership of budgets and the commercials relating to your key account \n
- Sourcing venues and negotiating supplier contracts \n
- Managing delegate registration and logistics across multiple concurrent projects \n
- Delivering on-site across the UK (and occasionally internationally) \n
You'll be someone who:
\n'05; Has solid corporate event management experience, ideally including hospitality and/or sporting events
\n'05; Is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on-site in a high-pressure environment
\n'05; Can juggle multiple projects at different stages without losing focus
\n'05; Manages budgets with confidence and precision
\n'05; Builds strong client relationships
\n'05; Is flexible, this role can involve some weekend working and travel

- Hybrid working — 2 days in the Wiltshire office, the rest from home. On-site time across the UK thrown in for good measure. \n
