Claims Director - Property/Construction Insurance

Claims Recruitment Services is proud to be retained by a highly respected & well-established UK insurance company in the property/construction space which is looking for a Claims Director to lead its claims function through a genuine period of change.

You'll own technical claims strategy across a complex, long-tail book, while also driving a real data and claims transformation agenda, from process automation through to smarter use of AI in decision-making. This isn't a caretaker role; you'll be building the team and the operating model as much as running it.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely skilled & passionate about Claims Change & Transformation with the technical, strategic and leadership skills to influence at board level. A background in construction, property, or related specialty claims in general insurance/London/UK market/adjusting/latent defects etc. is highly desirable.

You will already be a proven leader in the insurance/claims sector and used to engaging with C-Suite, EXCO, Leadership/Board etc.

The position offers hybrid working flexibility with requirements in office 3 days per week in South East England and London. Significant salary & benefits/remuneration.
