\nManage competing priorities and ensure effective resource planning across multiple workstreams.
\nPartner closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and implement practical solutions.
\nMonitor operational performance through KPIs and implement actions to improve outcomes.
\nSupport digitalization and process optimization initiatives across the function.
\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and operational controls.
\nContribute to workplace experience and facilities-related initiatives that support employee
\nengagement and productivity.
\nCandidate Profile
\nThe ideal candidate may come from a variety of backgrounds, including Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Customer Service, or another operationally focused business function. Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:
\nPrevious experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams, projects, or operational activities.
\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
\nA proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
