You will support students to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress into employment or higher education within the Travel and Tourism Sector.Key responsibilities include:Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Travel & Tourism, Cabin Crew and Aviation OperationsAssess, monitor and support learner progress, maintaining accurate recordsEmbed employability, literacy, numeracy and IT skills throughout the curriculumSupport learners through personal tutoring, work-based learning and industry engagementContribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, recruitment and college eventsTo be successful in this role, you will have:A Degree, HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualificationRelevant Travel & Tourism industry or teaching experienceExcellent communication, organisational and IT skillsLevel 2 English and MathsA teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one with support providedWhether you're an experienced Travel & Tourism lecturer or an industry professional with teaching or training experience considering a move into education, we'd love to hear from you.
