Telesales Advisor - Broadband Retentions£13.84 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Temporary ongoingWe are recruiting for Telesales Advisors to join a busy broadband customer service team on a 12-week temporary ongoing assignment , with the opportunity to continue beyond the initial 12 weeks.This is an inbound customer-facing role , speaking to existing residential broadband customers. While the position is titled Telesales Advisor, this is not traditional cold calling. You will be speaking to customers who are already using the service, helping them with their broadband needs and having conversations around retention, upgrades and suitable products .The roleTake inbound calls from existing residential broadband customersUnderstand the customer's needs and reason for callingDiscuss available broadband products, packages and upgradesHandle retention conversations and work to keep customers with the businessIdentify opportunities to offer customers a more suitable product or packageProvide a professional and helpful customer experienceMeet individual targets and performance standardsAccurately record customer information and outcomesWhat we're looking forYou don't need previous telesales experience.
