An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a relatively young, forward-thinking, and modern law firm based in Accrington. - Managing your own small caseload of matters \n
- Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion \n
- Drafting contracts and supporting documentation \n
- Conducting searches and preparing reports \n
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties \n
- Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications \n
- Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care \n
- Supporting the wider property team as required \n

- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing \n
- Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills \n
