We are looking for an experienced Laser Operator to join a well-established and growing business.

Shift Pattern:

4 On / 4 Off Night Shifts
\n 6:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines
\n
• Loading programs and adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses
\n
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job sheets
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n
• Strong experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (trial shift as part of interview (paid)
\n
• Solid understanding of laser cutting processes and materials
\n
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
\n
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
\n
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
