Learn more at and on LinkedIn and X.Senior Manager, UK – Defense Systems & Ecosystem DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a senior United Kingdom defense leader to establish and scale our in-region defense systems presence as we expand from semiconductor components into complete subsystems and solutions across radar, electronic warfare, communications, satcom, autonomous platforms, and precision sensing technologies.This individual will serve as the senior Aerospace & Defense representative for the UK and play a critical role in shaping our long-term growth strategy across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesUK Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the Aerospace & Defense growth strategy across the United KingdomAlign regional initiatives with global semiconductor and subsystem roadmapsIdentify priority national defense programs and funding opportunitiesServe as senior executive representative to UK customers and government stakeholdersCatalyst Lab DevelopmentLead the establishment of a customer-facing collaboration and support laboratory in the UKStand up secure IT and export-controlled infrastructureExecute ADI defense engagement model for ecosystem collaborationOversee catalyst operations, budget, and local execution in a matrixed environmentTechnical staff at the site will report into global engineering functions.
