The team focuses exclusively on Private Equity and works across a broad range of complex transactions and sponsors.This role offers the opportunity to join a globally integrated Private Equity platform advising leading sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on high-profile transactions across international markets.The roleYou will work as part of a market-leading PE practice, advising sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions, including:Private Equity acquisitions and disposalsCross-border M&A transactionsPortfolio company investments and exitsComplex sponsor-led deals across multiple sectorsThis is a fast-paced environment, where you will gain exposure to high-value international matters and work closely with partners and senior lawyers across the firm’s global network.The successful candidate will:Be qualified in England & Wales or ScotlandHave strong private equity experience gained at a leading law firmDemonstrate the ability to hit the ground running on sophisticated transactionsPossess strong technical skills and commercial awarenessBe comfortable working within a high-performing international team.Career ProgressionThere is genuine scope for progression to partnership within the team.
