General Warehouse and Manufacturing Associate

Position Title: General Warehouse Worker / Manufacturing Associate Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse/manufacturing facility Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Warehouse Worker / Manufacturing Associate position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be willing to perform general warehouse duties, assist with manufacturing operations, maintain paperwork, and support inspection processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties. Move and organize pallets throughout the facility. Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Complete and maintain required paperwork accurately. Assist with inspections and quality checks. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must wear steel-toed shoes. Qualifications No experience required. No special skills or certifications required.
