Located in Lancaster, CA, this hospital is truly remarkable! As a Level 2 Trauma center, it is certified for stroke and cancer care, boasting 420 beds and one of the largest emergency departments on the West Coast, complete with a helipad. This means you will encounter a diverse patient population that is often not available in other facilities.
We are looking for an Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to become part of our dedicated team in Lancaster, CA! This role is full-time, with part-time and PRN options also available. You will be responsible for delivering direct patient care and facilitating rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive a membership with Evidence In Motion (EIM), a Professional Development Program, making this an ideal environment for those eager to pursue ongoing education and professional growth.

- A genuine passion for serving others.
- AHA BLS certification is required.
- A valid California license as a Speech Language Pathologist or the ability to obtain one.
- Both recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
Hourly pay ranges from $44 to $60, plus a potential sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, complimentary continuing education, student loan reimbursement, and additional benefits.
