- Specialty: Daytime Hospitalist full-time, employed position at St. Joseph's Hospital, Tucson, AZ \n
- Schedule: Shift-based block scheduling 7 on / 7 off with some flexibility built in for work-life balance \n
- Shift Coverage: 1 swing shift and 1 nocturnist on rotation \n
- Team Support: Two APPs during day shifts, one APP overnight \n
- Patient Volume: Average daily census of 18 patients with 12 admissions per shift \n
- ICU Model: Closed ICU Intensivist and IV Team provide procedure support \n
- Teaching Opportunity: Optional involvement in teaching internal medicine residents \n
- Language Bonus: Spanish-speaking skills a plus, but not required \n

Candidate Requirements

- MD or DO degree \n
- Board eligible or board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine \n
- Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arizona \n
