Salesforce Product Platform lead

Job Title :Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst Overview / Summary The team is seeking a techno-functional resource to support Salesforce platform enhancements through product management, business analysis, configuration, and project delivery. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology partners, owning initiatives end-to-end from discovery through implementation. The resource should be highly self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited day-to-day direction. Key Responsibilities Intake and validate business problems. Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions. Define requirements. Create solution options. Work with architecture and IT partners. Perform Salesforce configuration directly. Perform non-code Salesforce platform changes. Manage workflows, layouts, and configurations. Manage implementation activities. Support testing and deployment. Coordinate training and rollout activities. Operate within established governance and architecture standards. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Create and maintain Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs). Maintain configuration documentation. Maintain testing documentation. Document decision rationale and traceability. Key Systems Primary: Salesforce Supporting: Jira, SDLC-related tooling and processes Required Qualifications Salesforce administration and configuration experience. Product management experience. Project management experience. Business analysis experience. SDLC experience. Requirements documentation experience. Stakeholder management experience. Highly self-directed working style. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. Ability to work with limited day-to-day direction. Strong professional maturity. Ability to independently drive work to completion.
