Location: Mansfield, TX

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Team Member to join our Assembly Department. This position involves assembling plastic tape cases and ensuring finished products meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble plastic tape cases according to established procedures and specifications.

  • Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and defects.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks while standing for extended periods.

  • Work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Ability to stand and work for an 8-hour shift.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Good attendance and punctuality are essential.

  • Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
