Position Overview\nThe Sales Manager with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, guest questions and sales closing process.
\nThis role offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and the opportunity to leverage the strength and recognition of the Hilton brand while developing a successful sales career. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and an ability to connect with a diverse client base.

- Target annual earnings of $180,000, with the opportunity for significantly higher income based on performance. \n
- Base pay of $16 per hour, plus bonuses as detailed in the compensation plan. \n

- Eligible candidates may qualify for Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or sign-on bonuses. \n
- Individuals not currently licensed in Hawaii may receive discounted pre-licensing education and licensing reimbursement to support the path toward certification. \n

- The Sales Office operates seven days a week. \n
- Workdays begin between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and conclude upon completion of client interactions. \n
- A two-week paid training program is provided. \n
- You will be assigned a 5-day schedule following completion of training, based on business needs. \n
- \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills \n
- Proven track record in vacation ownership sales \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment \n
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism \n
- Must be able to obtain or maintain a Hawaii Real Estate License (licensing support available) \n

\nAdditional Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting the sales management team in closing timeshare sales, generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. \n
- Supervising the sales line through training, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Promoting and supporting all aspects of the branded HGVC culture. \n
- Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGVC standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. \n

- 2 years proven track record of success in Timeshare Sales is required. \n
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. \n
- Ability to acquire a valid Hawaii real estate license. \n
- Demonstrated ability to be professional and communicate clearly with internal and external customers. \n
- High school diploma or GED. \n
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- 2 years experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members. \n
- Previous Sales Lead/TO experience within timeshare. \n
- Valid/active Hawaii Real Estate License. \n
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
