Job Description
Northwest Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Critical Care ICU/IMC team in Randallstown, Maryland.
\nAbout this role:

- You'll practice at the top of your license managing complex ICU and Step-Down patients \n
- Participate in rapid clinical decision-making \n
- Serve as a trusted clinical leader within a high-performing physician-directed team \n
- Join a critical care service line experiencing strategic growth and investment \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program \n
- Master's degree required \n
- Minimum 3-5 years of critical care, ICU, or hospital-based experience preferred \n
- Maryland NP or PA License (active and in good standing) \n
- Advanced Practice approval (if applicable) \n
- NCCPA certification (for PAs) \n
- National NP Board Certification (for NPs) \n
- ACLS and BLS certification \n
- Maryland CDS License \n
Preferred Experience
\n- \n
- ICU or Intermediate Care (IMC) experience \n
- Ventilator management \n
- High-acuity inpatient medicine \n
- Rapid response / code team participation \n
- Procedural experience required \n
