BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Cartersville, GA 30120. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and an active EPA certification who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform general apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC troubleshooting.
  • Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs in accordance with EPA requirements.
  • Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
  • Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Current EPA certification required.
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of general apartment maintenance functions.
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
