Nurse Practitioner Urology
Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our dynamic Urology team at our organization, located in the vibrant community of Richland, Washington. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in emergency department call duties
- Assist in the operating room as a first assist
- Provide care in the outpatient clinic setting
- Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist responsibilities
- Experience in Urology and operating room settings is preferred
- Familiarity with robotics-assisted technology is advantageous
- New graduates are welcome to apply
This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with 36 hours dedicated to patient-facing activities. Enjoy a balanced work-life in the sunny southeast region of Washington.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates
- Annual salary range: $138,712 to $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may be available
