What You’ll Need:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC strongly preferred)
  • Prior K-8 school-based SLP experience ideal
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability and enthusiasm for adapting to a dynamic workplace
  • Willingness to work with approximately 70–100 students per caseload
  • Openness to supporting and being supported by SLP Assistants (SLA), where applicable

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students in assigned schools
  • Complete assessments, screenings, and individualized education plan (IEP) documentation
  • Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Support and guide SLAs, pending licensure
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners
