As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout your employment
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment
