• Number of Staff 37 RNs (FT/PT/PRN)
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift (07-173) 2 CHARGE RNs, 1 resource RN, 2 MAs, 16-19 RNs taking patient assignments
• Patient Ratios 1:6- less if higher acuity patients
• Type of equipment Baxter IV pumps, ICU medical chemo adapters
• EMR Meditech and Onco

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current BMT Oncology Hospital acute care experience
• BLS & ACLS
• ONS Certification

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• BMT/HemOnc experience

• Chemotherapy administration
• Central Line draws
