Pay Rate: SLP: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite-only position will serve students across upper elementary and middle school grade levels with an approximate caseload of 45 students.
The position is itinerant, with school buildings located close together for convenient travel between sites. The caseload includes a variety of speech and language cases with varying levels of severity and disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credentials
Manage an approximate caseload of 45 students across upper elementary and middle school grades
Provide services to students with a variety of disabilities and levels of severity
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Travel between nearby school buildings as part of the itinerant position
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
Candidates with a pending ESA are welcome to apply, as the district is happy to help expedite the certification process
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with a variety of disabilities and speech/language needs preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
