Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians for a contract-to-hire position supporting long-term care (LTC) and mail order pharmacy operations. This role is based in Aurora, IL, offering an opportunity to work in a structured yet dynamic environment. The assignment is scheduled for 13 weeks initially, with potential to transition to a permanent role.
Responsibilities include accurate order entry within the Frameworks system—training will be provided—as well as supporting daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient medication distribution. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The shift is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
- Experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy settings.
- Familiarity with the Frameworks order entry system is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
