Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA within the travel, transportation, and tourism industry. This customer-focused call center role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building rapport, and guiding travelers or prospective travel agents through service options, enrollment steps, and booking-related questions.
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of a supportive, service-driven environment where strong communication, teamwork, and dependable follow-through are valued. This role offers the opportunity to grow your customer support skills while working with customers who have already expressed interest in travel opportunities or services.
This is a great fit for someone who is friendly, organized, bilingual in Spanish and English, comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries, and motivated by creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries from prospective travel agents and travelers by phone, email, text, and online submissions.
- Provide accurate information about travel services, agency opportunities, programs, promotions, and available resources.
- Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and guide customers through enrollment or booking-related processes.
- Conduct timely follow-up to address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity updates within the CRM system.
- Support customer service goals by delivering professional, personalized, and high-quality service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
