Job Description
Our organization is in search of a skilled and passionate OB/GYN physician to become part of our established and collaborative team. This is a remarkable chance to engage in comprehensive OB/GYN practice, encompassing both clinic and labor delivery care, within a nurturing environment alongside two seasoned physicians, four midwives, and two advanced practice providers.
Schedule: Three days dedicated to clinic work, one day for Labor and Delivery/Postpartum call, plus an additional 0.5 to 1 day focused on surgical procedures.
Call Schedule: One day per week, with midwives handling the majority of initial calls during the week.
Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum OB/GYN services, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive surgeries.
Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates.
Base Salary: $405,000, along with an RVU productivity incentive bonus.
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
Quality Bonus: Additional earnings potential for achieving quality benchmarks.
Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to assist with your move (if applicable).
CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for continuing medical education, plus $2,000 for licensure expenses.
