What you’ll do:
•Perform clinical interventions and monitor therapies
•Provide drug information to healthcare team members and counsel patients on drug therapies
•Participating in clinical programs
•Maintain compliance with California Board of Pharmacy, D,EA and FDA regulations
•Gain proficiency with CPOE Evident System and Pyxis medication dispensing unit
•Verify order entries and daily charges
•Be the pharmacy rockstar you are
What we’re looking for:
•Active CA Pharmacist License
•Doctor of Pharmacy, PharmD, required
•Min 1 year of pharmacy experience
•Proficient in automated dispensing units, IV laminar flow hood; this is a hard requirement
•Good attitude + strong work ethic
