This opportunity offers a dynamic and clinically diverse pharmacist role in a local hospital setting, rotating through outpatient, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and inpatient pharmacy services. The position requires a California-licensed pharmacist ready for an immediate start, providing an engaging mix of retail and clinical responsibilities designed for a well-rounded pharmacy professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services across outpatient, SNF, and inpatient areas
- Review, interpret, and dispense medications according to state and federal regulations
- Counsel patients and provide drug information to healthcare professionals
- Perform clinical interventions and monitor therapies, including therapeutic drug monitoring and renal dosing adjustments
- Organize and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff workflow
- Utilize CPSI, Evident CPOE system, and Pyxis automated dispensing units effectively
- Attend code blue emergencies when on duty
- Ensure compliance with California Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and FDA regulations
- Document clinical interventions accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
- Active and current California Pharmacist License (mandatory)
- Minimum of one year pharmacy experience preferred
- Proficiency with automated dispensing units, IV laminar flow hood, and electronic health records systems
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages, such as Spanish, are advantageous
- Experience with CPSI, Evident system, and Pyxis preferred
- Comfortable rotating through different pharmacy settings and supervising support staff
- Code blue response experience is a plus
