A growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice in Gillette, Wyoming is looking for a Physical Therapist to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates, with mentorship and support available.

Treat a variety of patients and conditions, including:

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • \n

    Evaluate and assess patients.

  • \n
  • \n

    Develop individualized treatment plans.

  • \n
  • \n

    Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.

  • \n
  • \n

    Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

  • \n
  • \n

    Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

  • \n

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate patient documentation.

  • \n
  • \n

    Utilize appropriate therapy techniques and equipment.

  • \n

    Ensure patient safety and quality of care.

    Stay current with best practices and developments in physical therapy.

Schedule\n

Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Part-Time: Minimum 20 hours/week

Clinic hours:

    Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

  • \n
  • \n

    Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • \n
  • \n

    Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • \n
\n

Schedule is flexible and will be mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent

  • \n
  • \n

    Eligible for Wyoming state licensure

  • \n
  • \n

    Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • \n
  • \n

    Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care

  • \n
  • \n

    Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
