A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team. This position will serve as the Leasing Specialist for multiple conventional apartment communities in the Harrisburg & Lancaster area. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

\n
• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
\n
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
\n
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
\n
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
\n
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
\n
• Travel is required.
\n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
\n
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
\n
• High School Diploma/GED.
\n
