  • Compensation: $17.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)

  • Job Site Location: Payson, UT

  • Work Schedule: MondayFriday | Day Shift | 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

  • Job Type: Temporary

  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP / Immediate

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Read and follow written instructions and visual (picture) work instructions to assemble parts correctly

  • Perform basic visual quality checksidentify defects or damaged products and report findings to the supervisor

  • Accurately record issues or nonconforming parts as needed

  • Use basic measuring and math skills to verify parts and product dimensions

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S / safety-focused)

  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while meeting daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

  • Reading comprehension skills to interpret and follow written directions (work instructions, basic diagrams, or blueprints)

  • Basic math skills for measuring parts/products

  • Knowledge of manufacturing fundamentals, safety practices, and basic equipment awareness

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 3050 lbs

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Prior assembly, production, or manufacturing experience (assembly line, electronics assembly, packaging, or production associate)
