Key Responsibilities- Work Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts.
- Manage a patient panel of 19, with consideration for those who can handle 16 or more.
- Provide care for patients of all ages, from pediatric to adult.
- Address chronic health issues, including hypertension and diabetes management.
- Engage comfortably with underserved populations.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care is required.
- Hospital privileges are necessary.
