Interim Ops Manager Wanted – Come Join the Team!
Location: Northern California
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
Start: ASAP
Contract: 3–6-month assignment

What you’ll do:
•Works under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy
•Ensures smooth operation of pharmaceutical care delivery, including clinical, financial, administrative and information systems operations in Pharmacy
•Plans, organizes, coordinates and control workflow. Hire and trains appropriate staff. Communicates internally with Pharmacy Management team and acts as liaison with physicians and hospital personnel.
•Consistently maintains with pharmacy state and federal regulations.
•Utilizes hospital and community resources to meet operational needs.
•Performs duties of DOP in their absence.
What we’re looking for:
•Active CA Pharmacist License
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Good attitude + strong work ethic
