Maintenance Technician II Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Position Summary The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable operations within the distribution center. This role performs preventive maintenance, repairs electrical and mechanical systems, and supports overall facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities\n

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility and warehouse equipment. \n
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, electrical controls, mechanical equipment, motors, gearboxes, and drives. \n
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems. \n
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. \n
- Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records in the CMMS system. \n
- Assist with equipment installations, facility projects, and maintenance planning. \n
- Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks while following all safety procedures. \n
- Support inventory management of maintenance tools and spare parts. \n
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. \n
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Maintain compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety standards. \n
- Work overtime or on-call as needed and perform other duties as assigned. \n
- \n
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. \n
- 3-5 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience. \n
- Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems. \n
- Training or experience in electrical controls and AC/DC electrical systems. \n
- Welding and fabrication experience, including knowledge of welding safety practices. \n
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems. \n
- \n
- Knowledge of PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). \n
- Experience working with electrical systems from 24VDC to 480V three-phase. \n
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems and conveyor software. \n
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fire suppression systems, and automated equipment. \n
- Familiarity with CMMS software. \n
- Basic thermal imaging knowledge. \n

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. \n
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. \n
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets and databases. \n

- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, crouch, and crawl for extended periods. \n
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. \n
- Ability to work at heights and in varying environmental conditions. \n

- Distribution center environment with exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, machinery, and outdoor conditions. \n
- Occasional overtime and on-call availability required. \n
