Location: Remote – Virginia School District
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay: $48–$52/hr
Employment Type: 1099

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students in a Virginia school district. This opportunity allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' academic and communication success.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Deliver engaging, student-centered therapy through a secure teletherapy platform

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred/required
  • Virginia SLP license or eligibility
  • Virginia school credential/certification as required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and technology skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
