Senior Civil Design Project Manager

The Senior Civil Design Project Manager will lead the delivery of transportation and civil design projects for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). This is a senior client-facing role responsible for managing the IDOT relationship, overseeing project execution, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance across assigned transportation projects. Profile A successful Senior Civil Design Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10 - 15 years of progressive experience managing transportation design projects Strong business development, negotiation, and client management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities Strong experience working with IDOT or similar transportation agencies Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary transportation design teams Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client management skills Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 annually.
